ANNUAL MEETING

10:00 A.M. CST

Location: Llano Grande Resort Rec. Hall

Note: The Board of Directors will submit to the membership a slate of Director nominees for the following streets:

Buena Vista, Durango, Fernando and Hidalgo

The nominees, once elected; will fulfill the role of Director/Block Captain for a two year term. Other nominations for a Director’s position can be made prior to the Annual Meeting or received from the floor during the meeting.

Additionally, Officers for the Llano Grande Lake Park Subdivision, Inc. (President, Vice-President(s), Secretary and Treasurer) will be elected by the current Directors; following the adjournment of the Annual Meeting. All Officers have  a one year term.

If you want to serve in the role of any Officer position, please submit your name to the OSD Secretary  (Lgosdsec@gmail.com) by Jan. 19, 2026.
